For example, all practicing members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW) are required to hold prescribed professional indemnity insurance. QBE PI has sought to build upon this standard through our pro-active and value adding approach to effective claims management and unique risk management tool.

We recognise that the management of accountants’ professional indemnity claims present a real challenge and have responded to this challenge by establishing claims team with a vast experience of claims administration both in the UK and Internationally. Working in close liaison with underwriters, the QBE PI claims team has defended some of the largest, most complex and commercially sensitive claims in the accountants’ profession.
