Management Liability

The Management Liability team writes UK & International business on a direct, facultative reinsurance and co-insurance basis. Capacity is £15m/USD25m for each class and premium income is £20m.

• Pensions Trustees liability
• Commercial Crime
• Prospectus liability
• FIPI – Private Equity only
• Legal Expenses Insurance

Preferred Business

The management liability team has a broad target range, encompassing SME’s, large private and all listed companies including start ups (not financial institutions) and management buy-outs. The team also specialises in funds and private equity companies.

Policy

Cover is provided on either primary, excess of loss or on direct or facultative reinsurance basis.

Bespoke wordings are available for Investment Trusts & Funds, Insurance Brokers, Private Equity D&O / PI and D&O for Portfolio companies.

For large US traded companies, only excess of loss will be considered.
