Each office, under the local leadership of a Commercial Manager, has underwriters who are empowered in all of the key sector areas – with a support team to match.
Every manager has worked in their respective areas for many years, and has an in-depth understanding of their own locality. However, the fact that we used to distribute on a monoline system means everyone may not be familiar with our new approach.
